So, the fellow on the cell phone is walking up the street and decides to wait until vehicles are coming before crossing the street. Just a few more steps and he would have been at the crosswalk. Or he could have begun his crossing earlier, when nobody was coming, but noooooooo he had to wait and cross right in front of ME. You may detect my quick, but controlled stop.
